For those with sensitive or delicate skin, please
dispense only one pump for the first use. If there
is no irritation, you may use up to two pumps.
(It is even better when mixed with your serum products.)
When mixed with other serums
(essence, ampoule),
the concentration of niacinamide
is diluted, allowing for more
effective use without irritation.
When using the product, please remove the
overcap diagonally.
If you pull the overcap straight up, it may not come off easily,
so gently hold and remove it diagonally for easier removal.
The overcap prevents foreign substances from
entering during production and shipping and
stops accidental pumping and leakage.
Since it is not airtight, please remove it before use.
Niacinamide is an ingredient that is not only effective
for brightening, but also for sebum control, pore care,
and soothing the skin.
After toner, dispense an appropriate amount of the
product and apply evenly to the skin.
How to use
For those who are new to products containing retinal,
Retinol, dead skin care ingredients (AHA, BHA), and
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), we recommend alternating
the use of dermafactory Niacinamide 20% Serum
in the morning and evening or every other day.

This product contains a high concentration
of niacinamide, so you may notice the unique
scent of the ingredient during use.

the quality or safety of the product.

containing retinal, Retinol, dead
skin care ingredients (AHA, BHA),
and Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)?
I notice a unique scent when
using the product
Except for some highly effective ingredients such as
Retinol and Vitamin C, ingredients with a content of
less than 1% generally have little effect on the
formulation and efficacy. Therefore, we disclose
the content of ingredients that are 1% or higher,
as they are considered to affect the skin.
Since this product contains a high concentration
of niacinamide, using multiple products with
niacinamide may result in excessive amounts,
which can cause irritation or prevent proper
absorption. Therefore, we recommend choosing
only one product containing niacinamide based
on your skin concerns and desired benefits.
Niacinamide is a safe, water-soluble ingredient
that is stable to light and heat,
so it can be used both day and night.
Can I use it together with other
