How to Use
You can use this toner three ways: 1. Soak a cotton pad with toner and sweep all over clean face. Gently pat in remaining toner until absorbed. Follow with the rest of your skin care routine. 2. Apply toner with bare hands on clean face. Gently pat in until fully absorbed. Follow with the rest of your skin care routine. 3. Create a toner mask by soaking cotton pads with the toner and leaving them on dry areas of your clean face. Remove pads after ten minutes and gently pat in remaining toner until fully absorbed. Follow with the rest of your skin care routine.
